JUDGE : LIFTING OF SUSPENSION
At the request of the Ente Nazionale della Cinofilia Italiana (ENCI) and with reference to our circular 68/2008 dated 11.09.2008, we inform you that Mrs Matilde CAPPARONI’s suspension has been lifted since January 26th 2011.

CANCELLATION OF FCI KENNEL NAME
The Asociación Canófila Costarricense (ACC) informs the FCI members and contract partners that the kennel name MYSMAYSAN (owner: Mrs Maria Eugenia OROZCO) has been cancelled from the international FCI Kennel Name Register.

PERSONA NON GRATA
The Asociación Canófila Costarricense (ACC) informs the FCI members and contract partners that it declared the people mentioned hereafter «persona non grata»: they are not allowed to take part in any international event (show or trial).

BAN ON ACTIVITIES AND CANCELLATION OF FCI KENNEL NAME
The Kennel Club Peruano (KCP) informs the FCI members and contract partners that Mrs Elena DURAND LOAIZA has been suspended as a member and breeder of the KCP. She is not allowed to show any dogs at FCI international shows or/and to take part in any cynological activities for a period of 2 years (from 15.02.2011 until 15.02.2013). Her kennel name INTI WASI has been cancelled from the international FCI Kennel Name Register.

CANCELLATION OF (EXPORT) PEDIGREES
The Magyar Ebtenyésztök Országos Egyesülete (MEOE) informs the FCI members and contract partners that the (export) pedigrees issued to several Great Danes (Deutsche Dogge) from FCI kennel ADVANCE GREAT DANES (owner: Mrs Henrietta Szakony ) listed hereunder have been cancelled. The MEOE draws your attention to the fact that FCI kennel name ADVANCE GREAT DANES is still valid.
