BREEDERS DIRECTORY ADVERTISING - IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that there is a fee of $15.00 per line for advertising in
the TDW breeders directory. This payment covers the financial year of
January to December. All members who wish to continue advertising must
have paid their fee for 2008 prior to the next edition of TDW, otherwise
their listing will be removed from the directory.
BREEDERS CERTIFICATE
Please note that if members want a breeders certificate to be sent with a title, there there will be an additional postage cost of
$3.25. The current postage cost for a title to be sent is $1.75 if the breeders certificate is
to be posted as well the postage will be $5.00.
NEUTERED CLASS REQUIREMENTS
Those members who enter their dogs in the
neutered class should be aware that their dogs must be registered as neutered on the ANKC
data base under the ANKC rules.
This will include a fee of $10.50 if a reprint of the certificate of registration is required.
SUSPENSIONS
Following a disciplinary hearing conducted under the Rules of the CCC(Q) 2005 as amended the Committee accepted the recommendation of the Disciplinary Panel, which was that Mrs K Eory, in respect to the charge on the balance of probabilities and with the evidence before them the sub-committee unanimously found the charge to be substantiated. This decision was conveyed to Mrs Eory on 23 May 2008. It was further recommended and accepted that Mrs Eory's membership of the CCC(Q) be suspended for 6 months from 23 May 2008.
Following a disciplinary hearing conducted under the Rules of the CCC(Q) 2005 as amended the Committee accepted the recommendation of the Disciplinary Panel, which was that Mr N Rothville, in respect to all charges on the balance of probabilities and with the evidence before them the sub-committee unanimously found the charges to be substantiated. This decision was conveyed to Mr Rothville on 9 May 2008. It was further recommended and accepted that Mr Rothville's membership of the CCC(Q) be suspended for 2 years from 1 July 2008 and fined $1,000.
Subject to the right of appeal, Mr Andrew Brazendale, Post Office Box 347, Sunbury, 3429, Membership No 7005560580 has been suspended from the Tasmanian Canine Association Inc for a period of 15 years, effective from 14 May 2008.
